The old furnace was over 20 years old and had started to fail, so the customer decided to upgrade to a more energy-efficient model. I installed a new Luxaire furnace with a 96% AFUE rating, which means it is highly efficient in converting fuel into heat. The new furnace also has a variable-speed blower motor, which allows it to operate more quietly and efficiently. I also installed a new Luxaire air conditioner with a high-efficiency scroll compressor and an advanced filtration system. The new air conditioner is designed to provide better indoor air quality and can be controlled with a smartphone app. The customer was very pleased with the new equipment's energy efficiency and quiet operation.
